BURGER CLUB

The practical agreement

Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating a Burger Club passport, using the platform, or attending an event through Burger Club, you agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.

2. Your account and passport

Keep your sign-in method secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your passport records your participation and community history, but it is not an identity document, proof of background screening, or guarantee of another member’s identity.

3. Events and independent hosts

Burger Club helps people discover and join events. Events may be organized by independent hosts, venues, or partner organizations that are not Burger Club employees or agents. Event pages, host history, stamps, attendance counts, and member feedback are community trust signals—not guarantees. Details can change, and you are responsible for deciding whether an event is right for you.

4. Safety and conduct

Treat people with respect and follow the Community Guidelines, venue rules, and applicable law. Do not harass others, impersonate anyone, interfere with the service, misuse check-in credentials, or use Burger Club for fraud or unlawful activity. Attend and travel to events at your own discretion. In an emergency, contact local emergency services rather than relying on the platform.

5. Tickets, cancellations, and refunds

When an event charges a fee, the price and available refund terms are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Event-specific cancellation and refund rules apply unless local law requires otherwise. Hosts are responsible for accurately describing their events and honoring commitments made to attendees.

6. Content you share

You keep ownership of photos, profile information, and other content you submit. You give Burger Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and share that content only as needed to operate and promote the features you choose to use. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. You can remove editable profile content, subject to reasonable backups and records we must keep for safety, fraud prevention, payments, or legal compliance.

7. Suspension and removal

We may restrict or remove content, cancel access to an event, or suspend or close an account when we reasonably believe these terms, the Community Guidelines, another person’s rights, or the law have been violated. We may also act to protect members, hosts, venues, partners, or the service. Stamps and history are designed to remain with your passport, but access may be limited when an account is suspended.

8. Third-party services

Burger Club may link to maps, restaurants, social platforms, payment services, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or actions.

9. Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep Burger Club useful and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or experience errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burger Club disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will publish the revised date here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are intended to be clear and practical. They do not reduce any consumer rights that apply to you under local law.
