Effective July 14, 2026
We collect what we need to run the club: your name, home city, and a way to reach you (email, X, or Instagram handle) to create your passport, plus a record of the events you RSVP to and check into.
We use this information to run accounts, RSVPs, check-ins, passports, safety features, payments, and member support. We don’t sell your personal data.
Your public member profile (at /members/[number]) is visible to anyone with the link — it shows your name, member number, stamp history, and community activity, the same way a physical passport stamp is something you’d show someone. Your Burger Passport credential page (which contains your check-in QR code) is private and accessible only to you when signed in.
We use privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page traffic, device and browser categories, approximate location, and site performance. These tools help us improve the service; they are not used to build advertising profiles.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate Burger Club, when you direct us to share it, or when required for safety or by law. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, including payment, fraud-prevention, and legal records.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to records we must retain. Contact us at hello@burgerclub.com. We will post material privacy changes on this page.
